NCAP was originally formed in 1998 by Dr. Bill Neff, Dr. Gary Rechnitz, and Dr. Julio Salimbeni. By the year 2000, the group included 15 physicians and 7 CRNA’s. The ensuing three years brought rapid growth to the Northern Colorado region, and the group expanded accordingly. By the end of 2006 NCAP surpassed 50 total providers.

NCAP covers 3 hospitals and 13 surgery centers in the Northern Colorado region. All NCAP physicians are board certified or board eligible and many are fellowship trained in cardiac, obstetrical, or pediatric anesthesia. Our CRNA’s are some of the best you will find anywhere in the country and bring a high level of skill and compassion to our anesthesia team. Our friendly and competent office staff of 28 provides all the necessary support to keep our organization responsive to the needs of our customers and patients.
