Northern Colorado Anesthesia Professional Consultants is a physician-owned, private practice anesthesia corporation with service locations concentrated in northern Colorado. The group is growing to service new hospital contracts and ambulatory surgery center business.

The group first formed in 1998 by Dr. Bill Neff, Dr. Gary Rechnitz, and Dr. Julio Salimbeni. NCAP provides the majority of the anesthesia services at the three major hospitals in Northern Colorado: Poudre Valley Hospital, Medical Center of the Rockies, Estes Park Medical Center, as well as numerous surgery centers in northern Colorado.
